What you share

The assessment form asks for your name, email, business name, business description, area of interest, and workflow challenge. Phone, software tools, and a description of available exports are optional. It does not accept file uploads or ask for payment information.

How your request is handled

Andrew IQ Ops uses the details you submit to review your request and respond about the assessment and possible services. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and emailed to hello@andrewiqops.com, which forwards to our Gmail inbox. FormSubmit may present a CAPTCHA to reduce spam. Its handling of submissions is described in the FormSubmit privacy terms. Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical request information to deliver and protect it.

Keep this first step simple

Do not include passwords, financial account details, health information, confidential customer records, or other sensitive information. Describe your exports instead. Before any project file transfer or use of business data with AI tools, we’ll discuss the proposed process with you.

Questions or removal requests

Email hello@andrewiqops.com to ask about your inquiry or request removal of the information you submitted. We retain inquiries in our email systems for follow-up unless removed; we have not configured automatic deletion.
